Refund Policy
Class cancellations made on the day of class and no call/no shows will not receive a refund. Materials fees are charged to the card on file the first day of class, no call/no shows and same day cancellations are not eligible for a materials fee refund. Please understand that we are a very small nonprofit that centers around paying our instructors well, and continuing to provide equitable arts access for all.
If a student withdraws more than two weeks prior to the first class, Articulture will refund tuition, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of the class start date cannot be refunded or credited.
A student can elect to transfer to another class. All transfers two weeks or more prior to the start date are subject to a $15 processing fee. The processing fee for transferring within the two-week window prior to the start date is $25.
There is a $35 fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds.
There are no annual membership refunds.
Students will receive a full refund for classes cancelled by Articulture. Class cancellations on Articulture’s behalf will occur at minimum three business days from the class start date. Articulture provides notice of these cancellations via Sawyer or phone call. If by phone, a voicemail will be left the student does not answer. If a student is unreachable by phone (i.e., full voicemail or disconnected number), Articulture will contact via email.
Articulture reserves the right to determine all necessary withdrawals from classes based on adverse student behavior. If a student is removed from class, no refund or credit will be issued.
It is the student’s responsibility to provide Articulture with correct contact information at time of registration, to update contact information changes, and to check messages.
IMPORTANT: Because our classes are not open studio, it is important that you come to each class. If you miss a class, we cannot do makeups, and you may not be able to catch up in the next class.
